SUMMARY:Case Study: “Resilience in Uncertain Times: INNOvations for Devel
 opment”
DESCRIPTION:📢 We invite you to join the first online session within the
international project “Co-creating and Implementing Trauma-Informed Tool
s for Civic Education in Eastern Partnership Countries.”\n\n📅 23 June
  2026\n\n🕛 12:00–13:00 CET (Germany)\, 13:00–14:00 in Ukraine and M
 oldova\, 14:00–15:00 in Belarus\, 15:00–16:00 in Armenia\, Azerbaijan\
, and Georgia\n\n💻 Online via Zoom\n\nWe are launching a series of open
sessions in the format of an “Educational Clinic”\, where we will exp
lore real-life civic education practices through the lens of a trauma-info
rmed approach.\n\n🎤 Speaker: Svitlana Bulbeniuk — PhD in Political Sc
ience\, Professor at the Department of Political Technologies\, Kyiv Natio
nal Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (KNEU).\n\nDuring the fir
st session\, we will examine the case of the project “Resilience in Unce
rtain Times: Innovations for Development”\, implemented by the Innovatio
n University with the support of the Department of Public Communications o
f the Kyiv City State Administration. The project aimed to establish resil
ience hubs led by young people in Kyiv.\n\n🔍 Important: This session is
not a training on media literacy\, media immunity\, or resilience. The Ed
ucational Clinic format focuses on exploring the project itself as a pract
ical case study. We are interested not only in what participants learned\,
but also in how the educational process was designed and facilitated\, wh
at challenges emerged during implementation\, which solutions proved effec
tive\, and what lessons other civic education providers can draw from this
experience.\n\nTogether\, we will explore:\n\n🔹 How a safe and support
ive learning environment was created\;\n\n🔹 Which participant needs wer
e taken into account during project implementation\;\n\n🔹 Which practic
es can be considered trauma-informed\;\n\n🔹 What challenges emerged and
how the project team responded to them\;\n\n🔹 What conclusions and rec
ommendations may be useful for other educators\, trainers\, facilitators\,
and civil society organisations.\n\nThe session will be of interest to ed
ucators\, trainers\, facilitators\, representatives of civil society organ
isations\, youth workers\, and everyone working in the fields of civic edu
 cation\, human rights\, war-related challenges\, forced migration\, and so
cial inclusion.\n\n🌍 Working languages: English and Russian. Where poss
ible\, additional interpretation into Eastern Partnership languages will b
 e provided.\n\n📩 Registration: https://forms.gle/5DY56JWVXzETkipX6 \n\

ic Education in Eastern Partnership Countries” is implemented by the NGO

/ bpb\, Germany) in cooperation with the Eastern European Network for Cit
