 n the online meeting "Specifics of Organizing and Conducting Educational A
 ctivities to Prevent and Combat Discrimination for Members of Communities 
 Facing Discrimination". The event is held for people from the Eastern Part
 nership countries interested in this topic. The working language is Englis

 unities facing discrimination and how this work contributes to the establi
 shment of equality\;\n\n- what is important to consider when planning and 
 conducting educational activities for members of communities facing discri
 mination\;\n\n- examples of the best practices in educational activities f
 or members of communities facing discrimination.\n\n 	 You will get to kno
 w colleagues in the Eastern Partnership countries.\n 	 You will receive a

 rt provider\, author of numerous publications in community engagement and 
 self-organization\, HIV programs\, comprehensive health and social program
 s for key populations and organizational support for LGBTQI\, people using
  drugs\, sex workers and people living with HIV. Since 2017 Ganna is Execu
 tive Director of Eurasian Harm Reduction Association uniting 342 organi
 sations and activists from 29 countries of Central\, Eastern Europe and Ce
 ntral Asia to ensure a progressive human rights-based drug policy\, sust
 ainable funding advocacy and quality of harm reduction services oriented o
 n needs of people who use drugs. She is LGBT and human rights activists\, 
 feminist\, and mother of adult daughter. Being originally from Ukraine\, l
